Voice Mail
Stay on top of your messages in more ways than you ever thought possible. Our voicemail system gives you total control over your voicemail by phone,
through email, and online.
How to Use It
In order for you to be able to use your voice mail with your 808NetFone Service, please go to the support management website at:
http://www.808netfone.com
In the management site you will be able to enable and disable your voice mail as well as configuring other settings for your phone service.
There are 2 ways for you to check your voice mail messages:

Online
- Go to http://www.808netfone.com
- Enter your ten digit phone number and your password to gain access to your settings
- Once you have gotten in to your management section, put a check on Enable
voicemail. This will allow your callers to access voicemail if you are not available.
- The second item of importance on this screen is actually a feature of 808NetFone's
voicemail. You can automatically have your voicemail sent to an email account that specify.
The voicemail will be recorded as a .wav file and is easily played so you can hear your
voicemail from your email.

Phone
- Before you access your voice mail box on the phone, please make sure you have enabled
your voicemail on the web.
- You can access your voicemail by picking up your 808NetFone enabled phone at dialing
*123. You will be prompted to enter your password. If you changed your password
then you will need to enter your new password. If you haven't changed your password it
will be your original 4 digit assigned password. From here you can follow the menus to
navigate through the voicemail system.
